Prior to joining United Country, Lisa worked for her family owned large predominate Denver based commercial construction contractor for 12 years, where she managed multiple large commercial projects throughout Colorado, celerbrating over 55 plus years of service to Colorado.

After graduating from St Johns’ University, Collis had more than 30 years of experience with moves for the federal government during which he purchased and sold more homes than most people will live in during 4 lifetimes. These engagements, having grown up on a spread with cows, chickens, hogs, corn, peanuts, fishing, hunting and snakes as well as constant encouragement to "become a realtor" by relatives involved in construction and real estate sales on both sides of his marriage inspired his passion for real estate sales and procurement. His enthusiasm for helping others is driven by working with inspiring Brokers in the many states, working in public service and a sincere desire to make people happy.
